Welcome to the City of Hobart Eisteddfod

2010 is our 60th anniversary year, and as well as celebrating with some special events in February and June, there are new classes in almost every category and some new major prizes. In response to demand to extend our Open classes, there’s even a whole new category with a minimum entrant age.

The online entry facility will be available February 19.

Full syllabuses are available in hard copy from outlets in Hobart and Launceston. Please note that page numbers in any downloaded syllabus documents do not match the page numbers in the hard copy syllabus.

Updates are posted to the website as they become available. In the event of any discrepancy between the printed syllabus and the website, information on the website always supersedes the printed version.

Enquiries: phone numbers for enquiries are listed on the third page of the complete syllabus pdf, as is the list of suggested accompanists.
